The North Millerton Water Company (NMWC) was established and incorporated in 2016 to serve as the municipal utility’s provider for the Preserve at Millerton development community.

 The NMWC provides the entire development area of the Preserve at Millerton with drinking water, domestic wastewater collection and treatment, as well as providing recycled water for groundwater recharge and landscape irrigation.
